'Towards a Recommendation on Open Cultural Heritage' (TAROCH) is a coalition of organizations and institutions dedicated to open cultural heritage. TAROCH advocates for UNESCO member states to adopt a 'Recommendation on Open Cultural Heritage', whose purpose is to establish cultural heritage as a common public good that is part of the public domain.
Membership
By signing TAROCH's Statement of Commitment, institutions and organizations become members of the coalition, supporting the initiative's purpose.
Governance
