Dr. Budd L. Hall is Professor Emeritus with the School of Public Administration, University of Victoria (UVic), Canada, and Co-Chair of the UNESCO Chair in Community-Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education. He was Former Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Victoria, Chair of the Adult Education Department of the University of Toronto, and Secretary-General of the International Council for Adult Education. He is a member of the Notes on Contributors xix International Adult Education Hall of the Fame and was selected for the 2005 Canadian Bureau of International Education Innovation in Education Award.
